At Vantage Wound Care, our mission is to restore health, dignity, and confidence to patients living with chronic wounds. Under the leadership of Dr. John K Nia, our team combines world-class medical training with heartfelt respect for every individual we serve.

Dr. Nia earned his medical degree from New York Medical College and completed advanced dermatology training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he served as Chief Resident. He went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatologic oncology, and facial cosmetic surgery at Clinic 5C in Washington, solidifying his expertise in both complex wound repair and aesthetic outcomes. He is board-certified in dermatology and Mohs surgery, with more than a decade of experience advancing patient care.

Beyond his technical skill, Dr. Nia brings a unique, cosmetically trained perspective to wound healing. He understands that chronic wounds are not only a medical challenge but also an emotional burden. By applying advanced techniques that prioritize both function and appearance, he helps patients achieve stronger healing and more natural, beautiful outcomes.
